Một dự án cải tạo khu nhà ở hơn 50 năm tại trung tâm Sài Gòn thành một nhà hàng món Việt và 3 căn hộ boutique cho thuê. Vốn là sự mở rộng của chuỗi nhà hàng Việt Nam thành công Secret Garden, công trình tiếp nhận tính đồng quê đặc trưng nhưng được trình bày một cách gọn gàng, sang trọng hơn mà trong đó điểm nhấn là sự hiện hữu rõ ràng của kết cấu cũ gợi nên tính lịch sử của công trình.

The project is to renovate the over 50-years residential area in the center of Saigon into a Vietnamese restaurant and three boutique apartments for rent. This is an extension of the successful Vietnamese restaurant chain Secret Garden, the design has a kind of typical country but is presented in a more neat and luxurious manner, in which the highlight is the obvious existence of the old structure evokes the history of the building.
